With the rapid development of Chinese society,people's lives are becoming more and more abundant.Cars are increasingly becoming an increasingly important part of people.However,with the development of traditional automobiles,the problems such as air pollution caused by automobile exhaust and noise pollution have become increasingly serious.Therefore,new energy vehicles with many advantages are the future development direction of the automobile industry.At present,China's new energy automobile industry is in the initial stage of rapid development.In order to further standardize the development of China's new energy automobile industry.Therefore,the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of China promulgated the ?Technical specifications of remote service and management system for electric vehicle ? or GB/T32960 standard in 2017.The standard requires that each new energy vehicle needs to establish a monitoring platform to remotely monitor the status of each new energy vehicle.This paper mainly designs and develops the remote vehicle terminal of the monitoring system.This paper deeply interprets and analyzes the GB/T 32960 standard and clarifies the functional requirements of each part of the remote monitoring system.The main requirement for the vehicle terminal is that the vehicle terminal needs to collect vehicle status information such as vehicle position,SOC,vehicle speed,and driving status.The vehicle data is then sent to the service/enterprise platform by mobile wireless network.It is also necessary to store the vehicle data in a local SD card.According to the functional requirements of the vehicle terminal,technical implementation and hardware device module selection are performed.This paper chooses LPC1758 as the main controller.Data transmission through 4G mobile network,SIM7600 ce module is used to realize data transmission function;The CAN bus is used as the vehicle terminal to collect the vehicle state information;The vehicle position information is acquired using the NEO-7M GPS module.And the final PCB board production.This paper uses the ?C/OS-? embedded operating system to implement the application functions of the vehicle terminal.The ?C/OS-? operating system is a lightweight operating system with the advantages of simple development,high real-time performance and open source code.The functional requirements of thevehicle terminal are realized based on the ?C/OS-? operating system.Such as data message collection function,vehicle login and logout function,data message real-time transmission function,vehicle alarm and data reissue function.Finally,the vehicle terminal is tested to meet the functional requirements specified in the GB/T 32960 standard.
