Pressure mapping technology based on flexible pressure sensor matrix has been widely used in the field of human motion monitoring,artificial skin and human-computer interaction.The traditional flexible pressure sensor mapping matrix is mostly based on polymer film and adopts planar Mosaic structure.The fitting degree between the device and the complex interface such as the human body surface is low,and the "softness" cannot meet the needs of the human body.In addition,device is prepared by micro-etching method with traditional PCB circuit processing,which has problems such as high cost,complex process and difficulty in large-scale production.In recent years,the new type of fiber and fabric structure pressure sensor based on the triboelectric effect has been widely concerned,which has the characteristics of high sensitivity,flexible structure,low cost,close to the human body's dressing habit and so on.However,the fiber and fabric structure sensor adopts uneven interlaced structure,which is difficult to be micro-etched by traditional PCB circuit processing technology,and the functional layer of fiber electrode is assembled on the curved surface,which is not conducive to be photolithographed.At present,there is no research report about the pressure mapping technology of this kind of fabric pressure sensor matrix at home and abroad.In our work,composite fiber electrode with nano array structure was assembled on flexible polymer fibers based on the triboelectric effect.A new type of flexible sensor matrix for pressure mapping was constructed based on the interlaced nodes of fiber electrodes in the weaving process.It shows a great potential application in the field of wearable health monitoring,artificial intelligence and bionic skin,etcThe research mainly includes the following aspects:(1)A new type of flexible fiber composite electrode based on the triboelectric effect was prepared.PTFE film was sprayed on the surface of polymer fiber coated with copper and annealed to form nano sphere arrays.The effects of electrode base diameter,PTFE film thickness and PTFE annealing temperature on the electrode properties were investigated.After optimization,the output voltage of the fiber electrode can reach up to 900 mV.(2)A self-powered pressure sensing fabric matrix was designed and assembled The pressure sensing units were constructed by the interlaced nodes of fiber electrode,and the problem of serial interference between device units was overcome by fabric structure design.The pressure sensing fabric matrix was assembled by means of shuttle weaving.The weaving structure,electrode spacing,height of spacing line and material of spacing line of the fabric matrix were optimized.It was found that the electrical signal output of the device is proportional to the external pressure.The response coefficient of the device can up to 0.0596V/KPa,the spatial resolution can up to 125 DPI.(3)A self-powered stretchable pressure sensor based on the integration of fiber solar cell,fiber energy storage battery and fiber pressure sensor was developed.The tensile ratio of the device can reach 180%,and the relative resistance can reach 90.It can satisfy static and dynamic sensing.This kind of integrated sensor provides another idea for the construction of flexible self-powered pressure sensor.
