At present,the study on the particle trajectory and flow field of the integrated inlet particle separator mainly depends on the numerical simulation method.Due to the numerical simulation results with the actual flow field and particle motion trajectory existence deviation,even using some turbulence models can make a mistake,it must be corrected or verified by experiments to be more reliable.According to the radial parameters of the flow channel section of the integrated inlet particle separator,a rectangular cross section model is designed.A visual dual channel test bench is built.A test method for the flow field and the motion trajectory of sand was studied by using the PIV velocity measurement technique.The flow characteristics of the air flow and the trajectory of sand in the model were obtained through experiments.Compare them with numerical simulation results,the reliability of the flow field calculation of the model with four different turbulence models is analysised.It is concluded that the standard k-ε turbulent model is reliable.The effect of splitter position on total pressure recovery coefficient and the flow field is studied.Master the change law of the total pressure recovery coefficient and the flow field.Finally the reliability of the numerical simulation on the trajectory of sand is analyzed.It is found that the calculation results are not completely reliable.It must be corrected by experiment.In this paper,the results of PIV measurement and numerical simulation are verified by each other.Reveals the internal flow field characteristics and the movement of sand in the particle separator.It provides a reliable basis for the design and research of inlet particle separator.
