Disk is one of the key parts of an aero-engine,and once it breaks down,it can have extremely serious consequences.In the design of the static strength of the disk,one of the important things is the burst speed margin.In order to ensure the safety of flight,while reducing the weight of the disk and improving the efficiency of the engine,it is very important to predict the burst speed precisely.At present,some research on the analysis method of burst speed of disk has been carried out in China,and experiments have been conducted.But as the burst speed is closely related to material,section shape,geometry size,machining process and assembling,the results obtained by various analysis methods are different.Especially at the early stage of engine development,there is large dispersion in the disk structure and material,with severe stress concentration resulted from defects,the burst speed analysis of disk must be conducted in strict accordance with disk geometry,material parameters and actual working environment.Through studying the burst speed analysis method of the disk,and exploring the rupture mechanism of the aero-engine disk basing on the material static strength and fracture mechanism,the article raised up a disk burst speed analysis method based on modern finite element simulation technology,and carried out disk burst test,comparing with other burst speed analysis results,to verify the correctness of this method.
