With the increasing proportion of natural gas supply,the natural gas industry has become one of the fastest growing energy industries.The rapid growth of natural gas has accelerated the development of related industries.Marine terminal LNG-FSRU ship is a high-end equipment in the shipping industry,which integrates storage,conversion and other functions.Compared with road terminal,the advantages of marine terminal such as lower cost,shorter construction period and reasonable risk are favored by shipowners.With the increase of LNG usage,the demand for LNG-FSRU ship is even greater.FSRU can be divided into new construction and renovation according to different construction methods.At present,there are five rebuilt ships,including sixteen ships under construction.Six of them have not signed lease contracts.Several of them are short-term contracts.In terms of the supply and demand situation of the current market,the competition intensity of this market can be predicted to be very intense.At the same time,some orders are funded through financing contracts.Considering the relationship between supply and demand in the market,there will be short-term or even no-lease orders,which intensifies the fierce competition.This paper makes an economic analysis of LNG-FSRU from the perspective of existing problems,relying on 263,000 cubic meters,170,000 cubic meters and 150,000 cubic meters of LNG-FSRU.The main contents include: the economic analysis of FSRU ship financing lease,the economic analysis of FSRU as LNG carrier,and the economic analysis of the construction mode of FSRU ship.Write this article from the above three perspectives.The main tasks are as follows:1.By consulting a large number of domestic and foreign literature,the status quo and existing problems of FSRU ships are analyzed.Find and analyze relevant economic evaluation methods.Thirdly,the thinking method of economic analysis is established in the process.Determine the direction of the paper.2.Choosing the concept and evaluation method of ship’s economy.It includes the analysis of ship leasing mode,ship construction mode and ship economic analysis formula.Formula system of economic analysis is established.3.The economy of ship financial lease is analyzed by real ship,and the economy of FSRU ship as LNG carrier is analyzed.The correctness of the method is analyzed and verified.4.Based on the above analysis,a comprehensive evaluation of the economic analysis of ship construction methods.From the perspective of whether there is an opportunistic contract or not,the economic analysis of ship construction mode is analyzed.Taking a real ship as an example,this paper combines the common life method and the equal annuity method to analyze whether there exists the influence of external contracts on the ship construction mode.And draw a conclusion.For the change of external conditions,it will have a corresponding impact on the ship’s construction mode.Because the domestic FSRU ship field related technical analysis methods are not perfect.The purpose of this paper is to analyze the existing problems of FSRU ships in order to improve the economy and feasibility of ships.
