With the rapid development of China's construction industry in recent years,cities all over the country have joined the boom of the construction industry.With the development of the construction industry,the development of building materials is also very rapid,and the quality of China's construction projects has been greatly improved.Along with social progress,a variety of large,complex engineering construction is becoming more and more engineering structure construction process of accidents and tragic consequences,and subsequent use of environmental factors in the process of structure,using the load increase,the change of the use function,human factors such as unintentional or deliberate damage to structures can cause the structure performance degradation,reduce the reliability of structure,which will cause hidden trouble to personal and property safety.Attention is paid to structural problems only when they arise,and often irreparable damage has already been incurred,with subsequent maintenance costs often exceeding reconstruction costs.The above factors make people pay more and more attention to the safety and reliability of structure,so that the importance of structural monitoring technology is paid attention to by experts and scholars in civil engineering research.As a new subject,Structural health monitoring develops rapidly.In order to ensure structural safety in the process of structural transformation and construction,structural health monitoring is an inevitable requirement and means in the transformation process.This article relies on the monitoring and analysis of a herringbone suspension structure transformation process in Dalian as the research background,and introduces the application of monitoring in the process of structural transformation from the following aspects:(1)the domestic and international research status of monitoring technologies is discussed in detail.(2)The existing monitoring technologies and methods in the process of structural transformation are summarized and discussed.The definition and types of sensors in the monitoring system are studied;guidelines and methods for optimal placement of sensors are introduced.In the monitoring system,the sensor is the most direct and most basic,the accuracy of data collection,the effectiveness has a direct impact,for the monitoring of certain projects,in line with the principles of adaptability and economy,the choice of technology is mature,stable performance Sensor.(3)In view of various structural systems,the structural health monitoring technology is studied.According to the comprehensive factors such as the structural stress and transmission mode characteristics,monitoring purpose and external environment,there are various differences in the monitoring technology.(4)Combined with the structural reconstruction project example,this structure USES steel structure well girder,the floor is concrete floor,the column USES steel hanging column,square column,through the herringbone will load to the foundation,the structure form is more complex.In the reconstruction plan,partial steel girder should be dismantled,and large scale holes should be opened in the three-storey ground,which has a great impact on the overall structure.In order to ensure the safety of the reconstruction process,combining with the calculation model and the analysis results of the stress situation of the herringbone frame,a reasonable monitoring plan is developed,a variety of factors are taken into consideration,appropriate sensors are selected,and a data acquisition system is used to realize the informationization management of the reconstruction of the structure.With as few measuring points as possible,it covers the strain changes of components with representative significance in various parts of the structure.It not only controls the key components prone to danger,but also has a preliminary understanding of the overall stress changes of the structure in the demolition process.At the same time,the methods of structural safety assessment and early warning were developed to ensure the safety of the transformation process.The successful completion of the demolition work verifies the feasibility of the monitoring program.The real-time monitoring data on site can be used to evaluate the stress state of the steel beam.The successful application of this rapid warning monitoring program can provide a good reference for similar structural transformation.
