| Multi-section telescopic boom is widely used on Truck Crane as its working boom form,the design of telescopic boom is more dependent on experience,it lack of customization and serialization design theory and method.The design difficulty of the telescopic boom is the reasonable determination of the section parameters of the telescopic boom,which determines the performance and self-weight of the telescopic boom.Based on the similarity theory,the dimensional analysis method to deduce the similarity criterion of the telescopic boom is used in this paper,and the similarity ratio between the telescopic boom model and the prototype physical quantity is calculated.Considering the requirement of actual machining rationality,the equivalent calculation of the section inertial moment of the model is carried out and the dimension parameters of the model section are determined according to the section design law.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)According to the form and characteristics of the external load and the influence on the whole boom frame in the normal working condition of the whole boom frame of the telescopic boom,the Force diagram of the telescopic boom is established,and the stress of the telescopic boom structure is analyzed from the rotary plane and the variable amplitude plane.(2)According to the similarity theory and dimensional analysis method,the similarity ratio in the similarity relation of telescopic boom is solved.By analyzing the telescopic boom of the hexagonal section,the inertial moment of each boom is obtained,and then the inertial moment is equivalent to the section,and the design relationship between the parameters is found by analyzing the crane products with different tonnage of the same model,and the other parameter values of the same section are solved.(3)Finite element parametric modeling of the telescopic boom is built,and the performance of the custom model and the actual product is compared from the aspect of stiffness,strength and stability.(4)Serialization similar design system for telescopic boom cross section is built,the system mainly includes four parts: section form,prototype section,similar cross section and solution customization model.The framework of the design system is established by using the C # language,and with the internal interface of AutoCAD,ANSYS and MATLAB and other software to start these software to meet the cross-sectional series of similar design requirements. |
