The civil air defense project is an urban infrastructure that temporarily protects the personal safety of ordinary people.As a very important part of the national defense strategy,civil air defense construction plays an irreplaceable role in air defense concealment and strategic transfer in wartime,as well as in the usual material reserve,production and life,and service for the benefit of the people.Taking the civil air defense project of a city in Hubei Province as a sample of the study,as a large central city with 13 administrative districts,5 functional zones and a resident population of 10.0762 million,the construction of “smart and civil defense” is even more important.After the project site investigation,it was found that the current monitoring system of the city has not been fully functional.For example,the accuracy of the data is not high and it is easy to cause errors in the judgment of the staff;the real-time performance is poor,and the monitoring and feedback cannot be made in time when the internal environmental factors of the civil air defense construction are changed,which is not conducive to timely adjustment of the internal environmental factors of the civil air defense construction,and there is a security risk.Under the severe test of the current civil air defense project,the project aims to develop an intelligent monitoring system for the current civil air defense project with integrated user experience,real-time monitoring,data feedback and intelligent adjustment functions.This project visually presents the customer’s business logic and requirements positioning through use case diagrams.The main functional requirements of the system are real-time monitoring,historical data,user management,regional management,equipment management,real-time communication,notification announcement,and system management.These functional modules respectively correspond to the real-time monitoring function of the software system video and sensor data,the historical data query function,the daily maintenance update function of the user,the area and the equipment,the internal information transmission function of the civil air defense project and the related operation setting function of the software system.During the software design,the project uses WPF technology and SQLServer2008 database to complete the interface design and database design of the entire software system.In terms of interface design,the project uses the Microsoft Expression Blend interface design tool and XAML text markup language to complete the overall design and layout of the system interface.The nested pattern of trigger elements and storyboard technology are used to implement more powerful human-computer interaction functions in software systems.In the aspect of database design,the entities used in the software system development process are confirmed through the preliminary demand analysis and the logical relationship between the entities is displayed through the E-R diagram.The data dictionary is used to completely show the different attributes that each entity has and the specific constraints which developers have on different attributes of different entities.On the basis of system requirements analysis,interface design and database design completion,developers can realize real-time monitoring of software systems,historical data,information transmission,users management,regions management,devices management by calling functional functions and various interface technologies in the corresponding classes.and the effect displays at the end of the chapter through the form of system screenshots.After a series of software engineering processes,the project completed the design and implementation of the intelligent monitoring system for civil air defense projects.In the post-system maintenance process,the developer needs to further upgrade and maintain the system through the use of user feedback during the using process,which makes the system function more complete and perfect.
