The development of human society requires the use of a large amount of energy,in the process of obtaining and using energy,it is easy to have a greater impact on the natural environment.China's current energy structure is not very reasonable,and petrochemical energy is still the main energy source.Excessive use of petrochemical energy can cause serious environmental pollution,such as haze and greenhouse effect.Nuclear power,as an inexhaustible source of clean energy,is becoming more and more important in China's energy structure,but its safety is still receiving high attention.As the most important medium and energy transmission channel of nuclear power plants,nuclear pipelines have long been in service in harsh environments such as high temperature,corrosion,nuclear radiation and vibration.Especially,pipeline vibrations can cause serious accidents such as looseness,crack propagation and leakage.Intelligent fault diagnosis has received increasing attention in aerospace,weapons,military electronics,automobiles,machinery,ships and many other fields,and has developed a variety of intelligent fault diagnosis systems.In the field of nuclear power,there is currently no intelligent fault diagnosis system for nuclear pipeline vibration fault diagnosis.The accendant can only judge the possible fault causes and perform maintenance according to the engineering experience.This makes the nuclear pipeline maintenance work time-consuming and laborious,even the processing needs to be shutdown when it is not possible to diagnose a specific cause for a long time.Therefore,It is urgent to develop an intelligent fault diagnosis system based on the common failure modes of nuclear pipelines and abundant experience data in order to realize the intelligent fault diagnosis of nuclear pipelines in nuclear power plants.In view of this,the main research work of this paper is as follows:(1)This paper describes the research progress of nuclear fault vibration diagnosis and reliability assessment system,introduces the principle and signal processing method of nuclear pipeline acceleration vibration signal preprocessing,involving signal filtering,windowing function,resampling,clustering Analysis and so on.(2)Identifying and extracting the fault characteristics of nuclear pipeline normal operation,insufficient support,resonance and cavitation from many characteristics,and using the support vector machine to construct an intelligent diagnosis method for nuclear pipeline vibration fault diagnosis;Combined with the degradation trend of sensitive features,relevance vector machine is used to construct a reliability assessment method for vibration degradation of nuclear pipelines.(3)According to the project requirements,detailed project requirements and software design analysis were carried out,and the nuclear-level pipeline vibration fault intelligent diagnosis and degradation reliability assessment system were independently developed,and the measured data was verified.
