The servo load simulator is a pneumatic load that the rudder surface is subjected to when the aircraft is flying in the ground laboratory.It is used to test the dynamic performance of the steering system under actual working conditions,the reliability and control accuracy of the rudder control system.Therefore,the in-depth study of the loading structure and control strategy of the servo load simulation system has important significance and value.In this paper,the electric linear servo load simulation system is taken as the research object,and the control method based on RBF neural network PID controller is adopted to make the electric load simulation system have good tracking performance and dynamic and static response speed,and improve the loading output precision.And designed the software and hardware of the electric servo load simulation system.Meet the technical requirements of the servo load simulation system.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Based on the analysis of the technical requirements of the servo load simulation system,the loading scheme of electric servo loading with high loading accuracy,good dynamic performance and fast response speed is determined,and the loading actuator and control strategy are designed.(2)According to the composition and working principle of the load simulation system,the mathematical model of the permanent magnet synchronous linear motor is established by using the voltage and mechanical equation of the linear motor,and then the mathematical model of the linear motor coordinate transformation,space vector control method and other links is established.;(3)According to the load simulator control system,the tracking performance should be good.The RBF neural network with strong approximation ability is introduced to optimize the traditional PID.The PID controller based on RBF neural network is designed.The PID parameters are calculated by RBF neural network.Online tuning to improve the tracking performance of the load simulation system;through the Matlab/Simulink simulation experiment,the overshoot and response speed comparison curves are obtained.The simulation results show that compared with the PID control system,the RBF neural network PID control system has small overshoot,fast response,strong anti-interference ability and better tracking accuracy.(4)Completed the software system design and experimental platform construction and physical verification.The software system design is based on the LabVIEW2015 software platform,which design and implement the functions of communication module,file I/O module,curve playback module and alarm mode.The experimental platform of the servo load simulation system is completed,and the key components of the loading actuator are selected,and the loading experiment is carried out on the platform.The experiment shows that the performance of the designed load simulation system meets the design specifications.
