With the development of urbanization in China and the maturity of bridge technology,the long-span steel box girder bridge deck has become a trend.Due to the large deformation of the steel box girder bridge,the overload of traffic,the large temperature difference between the four seasons and the temperature sensitivity of the asphalt,the durability problem of the steel bridge deck pavement layer has not been solved,and the reflective cracks appearing in the pavement layer The problems such as the damage of the drum kit and the waterproof adhesive layer are not only affecting the road driving safety and repairing and obstructing the traffic.More importantly,the pavement layer is also the steel bridge deck protective layer,and the pavement layer damage will also affect the safety of the bridge structure.Therefore,the deck pavement problem has become a technical barrier to the development of large steel box girder bridge decks.This thesis aims to propose a treatment method of asphalt mixture,discuss the new steel box girder bridge asphalt paving scheme and conduct performance test research,and propose a new solution to the large steel box girder deck pavement disease.In this paper,according to the grouting reinforcement used in the project for the weak foundation,the mature engineering case for the grouting stability of the surrounding rock and the grouting repair of the asphalt pavement layer is proposed,and the grouting reinforcement for the permeable asphalt mixture is proposed.The layering scheme,with reference to the foreign application of grouting asphalt mixture pavement layer as a high temperature resistant airstrip,etc.,systematically studied the application of grouted asphalt mixture in steel bridge deck pavement.Firstly,the paper studies the performance of SLM for grouting and puts forward the formula of grouting material.Then,the comparison of grouting asphalt mixture base material is made,and the mixing ratio of grouted asphalt mixture is prepared,and then according to JTG D50-2006.According to the performance requirements of steel pavement pavement design,the dynamic elastic modulus of grouting material and the mechanical properties of steel bridge deck pavement are studied.Finally,the microscopic morphology of the mixture is observed based on electron microscopy.The mechanism analysis of grouting and strengthening asphalt mixture was carried out.In this paper,the effects of various influencing factors on the fluidity and mechanical properties of SLM were studied by orthogonal experiment.The effects of rubber powder and defoamer on SLM performance were studied separately,and the optimum grouting ratio was selected.The test shows that the void size of the commonly used permeable asphalt mixture is too small and the grouting effect is not good.Based on the OGFC-16 mix ratio,the nominal diameter of aggregate and the fine aggregate gradation are adjusted,and the mixing ratio of OGFC-20 is designed..The dynamic modulus and interface mechanical properties show that the OGFC-20(grouting)asphalt mixture has excellent high temperature stability,good structural system and stronger interfacial adhesion.From experimental observation to theoretical research,this paper demonstrates the unique steel bridge deck pavement advantages of grouting OGFC-20 asphalt mixture steel bridge deck based on microscopic morphology to macroscopic structure.
