| In recent years,with the steady progress of urbanization in China,the intensity of urban development has also increased.This behavior results in the reduction of the area of natural underlying surface,which corresponds to the increase of the number of impermeable hardened underlying surface.Undoubtedly,this phenomenon prevents the natural hydrological cycle,and also causes frequent occurrences of urban heat island effect,urban waterlogging,haze,water shortage for residents and industry.At present,the level of social and economic development has been continuously improving,and the level of urban management has been improving.People have begun to call for the improvement of urban ecological environment.However,relying solely on the traditional gray infrastructure can no longer meet people’s demands for the improvement of urban ecological environment.Therefore,a sustainable urban construction model is urgently needed to change the current situation of urban development.” This concept came into being.In 2013,General Secretary Xi Jinping emphasized the construction of a "sponge city",requiring the use of a low-impact development model and six methods of "seepage,stagnation,storage,net,utilization and drainage" to achieve the goal of "light rain without water accumulation,heavy rain without waterlogging,heat island with mitigation,water body without black odor".Hohhot,the capital of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,is also the political,economic and cultural center.It is an important city in the northern border areas of China.However,it faces a series of problemsrelated to water resources,such as water pollution,water waste,water shortage and frequent urban waterlogging.This paper takes Hohhot as an example to carry out research on sponge city.Firstly,based on the research background of sponge city,this paper puts forward the research significance,research content and research methods of the article.Then it describes the sponge city theory both at home and abroad.The sponge city theory in China is described according to the development of time line.The sponge city theory in foreign countries is classified according to the country.After comparative analysis,it is concluded that most of China’s sponge city theory is classified according to the country.District in the construction of sponge city,can learn ways and methods.Secondly,the paper describes the basic situation of Hohhot,such as the current situation of topography and landform,soil and so on,and focuses on hydrology and drainage zoning,and describes the current situation of sponge city construction in Hohhot.Thirdly,a series of problems existing in the construction of sponge city in Hohhot are put forward,such as low utilization rate of rainwater,aging of pipelines and pumping stations,etc.Fourthly,this paper analyses the objectives and specific plans of sponge city construction in Hohhot,and describes them according to the classification of roads,parks,green spaces and squares.The purpose is to improve the level of water ecological restoration in Hohhot and the ability of Hohhot to cope with precipitation.It puts forward that monitoring points can be set for sponge city construction in Hohhot,and assumes the specific location of monitoring points.Place.Fifthly,the representative plots of Hohhot are selected,which are located in the intersection area of Tongdao South Road,Zhongshan West Road and Xinhua Avenue.The underlying surface of this area is rich in types and can be regarded as a typical experimental area.Using SWMM model to analyze the plot,it is concluded that Hohhot can delay peak time,reduce peak flow and reduce total rainfall runoff by using low-impact development facilities.That is to say,it isfeasible to construct sponge city in Hohhot.Finally,according to the actual situation,it elaborates the feasible countermeasures and suggestions.At the end,the paper describes the imperfect contents that need to be improved,which should be supplemented in the follow-up study. |
