Since reform and opening up,China's automobile manufacturing industry is flourishing,and the strength of enterprises is constantly enhanced.China has been the world's largest automobile production and sales country for nine consecutive years at the end of 2018.But under the background of China's economic transition,and financial crisis in 2008,China's auto industry has also exposed some problems needed to resolve.such as: low enterprise internationalization,weak enterprise management performance ability,automobile industry talents loss,and so on.These problems has got attention of domestic scholars.Therefore,this paper attempts to study the internationalization development process,business performance,and the relationship between internationalization and business performance of Chinese automobile manufacturing enterprises.In order to provide valuable countermeasures for the improvement of internationalization and business performance of Chinese automobile manufacturing enterprises.The main research structure and content of this paper are as follows:The first Chapter,introduce research backgrounds,research purposes,research significance,literature review and main research methods.The second chapter,review relevant theories of enterprise internationalization,relevant researches of business performance evaluation and influence mechanisms of internationalization on business performance.The third chapter,review internationalization of China's automobile manufacturing industry,summarize its characteristics and problems in the process of internationalization.The fourth chapter,based on the dupont analysis method,select 24 independent brand automobile manufacturing enterprises involved in internationalization with good business performance in China,andevaluate their performance from four aspects of profitability,operating ability,debt paying ability and growth ability.The fifth chapter,by building a multiple linear model,made empirical analysis on the relationship between internationalization and business performance of 24 self-owned brand automobile manufacturing enterprises selected in last chapter.Finally,it is concluded that there is a negative correlation between internationalization and business performance of China's automobile manufacturing enterprises.The sixth Chapter,summarize research contents of this paper,main conclusions are as follows: 1.Chinese automobile manufacturing enterprises are highly motivated to integrate into the international market;2.The business performance of China's automobile manufacturing enterprises is average;3.The internationalization capability of Chinese automobile manufacturing enterprises is insufficient.In view of above conclusions,this paper puts forward following countermeasures: 1.Improve the ability of international operation;2.Take appropriate internationalization path;3.Build enterprise ecological system;4.Foster core competitiveness.
