Because of its outstanding advantages such as light weight and high strength,steel structure has developed rapidly in the field of construction,then people pay more and more attention to the defect of refractory steel structure.In view of the frequent occurrence of building fires and the enormous economic losses caused by them,and research on high temperature performance of buildings and detection and identification of buildings after disaster has become a hot spot.This article mainly takes the project example as the research background,and the high temperature properties of steel are summarized,at the same time,the current research status of fire appraisal and detection for steel frame structures is reviewed.The beam column joints in the frame structure of steel plant are selected as the research objects,the ABAQUS finite element analysis software is used to simulate the temperature field and the stress damage analysis of the beam column joints under different working conditions.Based on the above numerical simulation analysis,finally,combining the practical case of the project,and the way of comparison and analysis between numerical analysis and actual engineering test data is adopted.The high temperature performance of steel frame structure and post disaster detection and identification are systematically studied.At the same time,the performance of frame structure of steel plant after fire is evaluated.The results of numerical simulation and field test show that the numerical simulation results are in good agreement with the actual situation.The selection of boundary conditions has a great influence on the analysis of temperature field of steel structure,which directly affects the accuracy of simulation results.For the analysis of temperature field,the high temperature zone mainly distributes at the intersection of the fire surface,and the temperature field changes in a layered distribution,which transfers from high temperature to low temperature in turn along the normal direction of the fire surface.In high temperature stress coupled analysis,when the upper and lower flanges of steel beams and columns are under fire,with the extension of the fire time,the flanges gradually assume a flange flange shrinkage state,and the longer the fire time,the more serious the flange shrinkage deformation.
