Abstract/Summary:
ECU is the main component of the gas control system,which directly affect the stability of the work vehicle safety performance.As automotive electronic technology development the system integration and small size of ECU gradually.The thermal performance gradually becomes the main factor affecting its stability and also puts forward higher requirements on the heat dissipation performance of ECU structure.In this paper,High-duty CNG ECU for the study and optimize to improve its thermal performance.This paper analyzes the characteristics and the cooling way of ECU structure.According to the actual size of ECU and modeling and assembly in CATIA.Solve temperature and stress in ANSYS.Build a test bench and design experiment program used for verifying the accuracy and reliability of the simulation model.The results show that the error is within a reasonable range and the experimental model has high accuracy.In this paper,the simulation results of ECU structure at the operating temperature of105℃.The results show that 95% of the electronics are below 122℃ and 5% of its still in danger of high temperature failure.The thermal stress changes a lot in the area where the electronic devices contact the circuit board and the stress value soared.The effects of different operating conditions and temperatures and cooling structures on the thermal performance of the ECU.The results show that the temperature of the key electronic devices under each condition is similar and the mode4 condition as the follow-up simulation conditions.The temperature of ECU structure is linear with the ambient temperature.The thermal stress and deformation is firstly drop and then rise with the ambient temperature.ECU structure parameters and the heat fins have a direct impact on the cooling way.If the cooling structure that meets the requirements is designed or selected,it needs to be considered comprehensively according to the actual conditions.Optimization and comparative tests of CNG engine in this test.There are 4 kinds of electronic device layout program and the optimal scheme 3 is determined by comparison.The structural parameters of the shell are 36 mm in height and 4mm in thickness.The distribution and the types of the cooling fins are optimized.The results show that needle-rib cooling effect than rectangular ribs cooling effect and needle cost parameters diameter 4mm,height 20 mm,spacing 10 mm.ECU structure is remodeled and assembled and simulated according to the optimized scheme.The results show that the new ECU structure cooling effect has been greatly improved and the temperature dropped about 10℃at most.
