As the construction industry advances,the number of accidents due to quality of design and construction are growing,thus the technical requirements for the reinforcement of the building structure after the accident have become higher and higher.Starting from analyzing the common building structure reinforcement technology in China,while implementing concrete column replacement reinforcement project in current construction practice,applying the improved methods of uninstalling lattice type steel support,this paper,for the purpose of providing reference for future reinforcement construction alike,discusses the bearing capacity of the lattice type steel support and its application,combined with model tests and finite element analysis method.The specific research contents are as follows:(1)introduces the the design method and construction process of using improved lattice type steel support for the same purpose,referring a residential reinforcement project of unloading damaged concrete by the method of frame column in Chengdu,.(2)indirectly evaluates the application feasibility of lattice type steel support and unloading effect by analyzing the test results of the settlement deformation and steel support forces in the reinforcement of the structure.(3)tests the reliability of connecting the steel support structure with concrete column sections around the set of lattice type steel support by studying the stability of the bearing capacity,the load-deformation forms and the buckling modes,though modeling experiment by the method of finite element analysis;(4)explores the feasibility of using this lattice steel support to unload and replace concrete column without damaging the upper structure.Along with above construction practice,finite element analysis and model test research show that the unloading effect with improved lattice type steel support is promising,the actual reinforcement project is feasible and the bearing capacity satisfies the requirements without affecting the construction of upper structure.Thus,it has good application prospects in reinforcement and replacement of concrete columns.
