Energy dissipation technology is a kind of sufficient structure control technology,with the development of technology,it's widely used in practical project.Energy dissipation technology can absorb energy by installing dissipator in structure,the dissipator dissipates energy by Friction,shear,bending,torsion.In this paper,based on the existing theoretical analysis and experimental study,the traditional steel plate welding energy consumption in the rectangular bending the connection type of mild steel damper was improved,a new kind of prestress bending soft steel damper was proposed.A fixed bolt and prestress steel strand through the damper in advance after surface treatment and the reserved hole of steel consumption,Gang Dian block and L-shaped connecting plate,the prestress steel strand tensioned to fastening component of damper,form the whole work together.The new soft steel damper don't need weld,the construction is not complicate,the ability of energy dissipation is high,and it can be a assembly production.This paper studies the theoretical analysis,finite element simulation analysis and mechanical performance test of the damper parameters around the theme of prestress bending soft steel damper.The main contents are as follows:(1)According to the relevant mechanical principle,the basic mechanical properties parameters of the damper are deduced.Aimed at how to exert prestressed reasonable,analysis of the damper force in the practical work condition,get the prestressed applied with the work of the plastic deformation occurring in the vertical shaft tension,on the internal forces of the thin film in the process of energy dissipation plate stress(vertical axis tensile)elastic and elastoplastic analysis,applying the reasonable range of prestress is deduced.(2)Through the finite element simulation analysis of ABAQUS for dampers with different parameters under two different boundary conditions,the results show that the applied prestress has an effect on the energy dissipation of the dampers within a certain range.With the increase of the thickness of the energy-consuming steel plate,the damper is gradually reduced under the influence of the axial film internal force,and its shape will be closer to the rectangle,with full curve and stable energy consumption.To the demand of different bearing capacity and energy dissipation capacity of prestressed bending soft steel dampers in practical engineering application,the number and thickness of energy dissipation steel plates required by different tonnage dampers and the recommended value of prestress to be applied are summarized,and the finite element simulation and analysis of double-row damper are carried out.(3)The incremental displacement cyclic cyclic loading test and the fixed displacement cyclic cyclic loading test were carried out for three different parameters prestressed bending soft steel dampers and one bending soft steel damper with the same size welded joint.The experimental results show that the hysteretic curves of the prestressed bending soft steel damper are full in shape,stable in energy dissipation,no low cycle fatigue and uniform in plastic deformation.By comparing the hysteretic curves of the welded damper with the same size,it can be seen that the prestressed bending damper has more stable hysteretic performance and better plastic deformation capacity,which proves that the method of using the prestressed fastening damper is feasible and effective.On the edge of the damper and intermediate energy dissipation plate along the height direction on the arrangement of the strain gauge,the damper in the process of stress strain changes were studied,the results show that the changes of strain along with the change of displacement,strain near the middle point,as the displacement increases under the influence of axial force and shear force increases gradually,to verify the theoretical part between the department of design idea is feasible.(4)Use can be considered isotropic enhanced Steel01 uniaxial constitutive as the constitutive model of the prestress bending soft steel damper,using OpenSees respectively on no account of isotropic strengthening and consider isotropic strengthening and test curve fitting,is verified using Steel01 uniaxial constitutive and consider isotropic prestressed curved reinforcement can better describe the force of the mild steel damper force-displacement relationship.
