Double-suction centrifugal pump is a kind of fluid machinery widely used in industrial,agricultural production and other fields.It plays a vital role in agricultural production and industrial production.With the development of the domestic economy and the advancement of research techniques,the application range of double suction pumps is expanding.At the same time,its performance requirements have also been improved.In recent years,studies on double-suction pumps have mostly been conducted under a clear water medium,ignoring the effect of solid impurities on the performance of double-suction pumps.While transporting water,it is impossible to avoid the incorporation of solid impurities,and there are many problems in the study of double-suction pumps for solid-liquid two-phase flow.Due to the complexity of the two-phase flow,there is still much research space for the two-phase flow in the double-suction pump.In order to study the influence of the solid-liquid polynomial flow on the double-suction pump,the design of the double-suction pump is firstly performed in this paper,taking into account the solid phase.According to the influence of particle size and different particle size on the internal flow in the medium at the same time,three-dimensional numerical simulation of the flow field is operated.The double suction pump transports multi-component and multi-phase flow for analysis of internal and external characteristics and performs constant and unsteady value analysis.Further research is conducted on the internal flow of the double suction pump.The main research work of this paper is as follows:1.This paper analyzes and summarize the research status of the double-suction pump and multiphase flow,and at the same time,summarizes and summarizes the CFD theory and the two-phase flow theory,and prepares for the design and numerical simulation of the selected double-suction pump..2.Hydraulic of double-suction centrifugal pump is designed by using CAD software,three-dimensional modeling of the impeller,suction chamber,and volute ofthe double-suction pump using Pro/E,meshing of the three-dimensional model,and mesh independence Verification.3.Based on the preparatory work,design a calculation plan,the numerical simulation of the medium containing a particle of different particle sizes,and perform analysis of the pressure cloud map,velocity vector cloud map,and solid volume fraction are completed to prepare for future research.4.This paper designs the calculation scheme for different component particles,uses Fluent to develop the calculation of the steady flow of solid-liquid two-phase flow in the double-suction pump,analyzes the influence of solid particles of different components on the internal flow of the double-suction pump,and analyzes the solid particle pairs of different components.Suction pump effect.5.Based on the steady flow analysis,this paper selects the appropriate calculation program,uses Fluent to develop the unsteady flow of solid-liquid two-phase flow in the double-suction pump,analyzes the particle volume fraction,instantaneous velocity and instantaneous pressure of the same medium composition at different times.In this case,the internal wear of the impeller is analyzed and measures to reduce the effects of wear are proposed. |
