| Following the rapid development of information technology,informatization as a management tool plays a huge role in the enterprise management process.In response to this situation,the grid company has set up a corresponding organization,and is equipped with a professional service team including the first-line customer service agent and the second-line field operation and maintenance engineer.With the further development of the information technology of the power grid company,especially after the company completed the construction of the enterprise system,the company relies more and more on informationization.At present,the company’s IT services mainly adopt the traditional customer service mode based on manual agents.This mode often relies on a large amount of manpower and energy,which leads to huge challenges for IT services,which seriously restricts the practical work of the company’s informationization.In recent years,China Southern Power Grid Co.,Ltd.and Guangdong Power Grid Co.,Ltd.have attached great importance to the status of informatization construction in the company’s medium and long-term planning,and have repeatedly emphasized the leading role driven by informatization construction.In view of the company’s requirements for information construction and development opportunities,this paper studies the field service management mode based on wireless LAN location,and aims to form a set of on-site service management platform based on wireless LAN location.The research content of this paper includes the following three modules:(1)Determine the research ideas of wireless LAN positioning technology and on-site service management platform construction.Target-oriented,based on the current problem solving,determine the construction objectives and technical framework of the on-site service management platform,determine the technical route adopted by the wireless LAN positioning,and analyze and explain the architecture and functions of the on-site service management platform.(2)Derive the method of wireless local area network positioning technology.Contains the main positioning technology,positioning scheme and positioning accuracy of thewireless LAN.(3)Carry out the construction of on-site service management platform.The main contents include: complete system function architecture design,system function design,system logic architecture design. |
