Permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)is widely used in servo system,transportation,aviation and other industries because of its advantages of large torque,simple structure,light weight,fast response and high efficiency.Therefore,it is of practical significance to study the control strategy of permanent magnet synchronous motor to promote industrial progress.In this paper,the model predictive control theory is analyzed and deduced in detail,and the improved control algorithm is used to improve the control performance of PMSM servo system.Firstly,this paper describes the background of the project and the research status of model predictive control algorithm,based on which the research content of this paper is determined.Then the mathematical model of PMSM is introduced.On the basis of coordinate transformation,the principle of vector control technology is analyzed.Several different vector control methods and control strategies are introduced.Three parts of the principle of model predictive control(predictive model,rolling optimization and feedback correction)are introduced,which pave the way for the application of model predictive control algorithm in the following paper.Subsequently,the method of PMSM prediction model establishment is discussed,and the model predictive controller is designed.Mathematical analysis i s used to study the problem of large amount of calculation of model predictive control algorithm.The computational complexity is reduced by only predicting once and choosing once.Based on theoretical analysis and deduction,a simulation model is built.The dynamic performance and disturbance resistance of fast MPC are compared with traditional MPC,and the advantages of fast MPC in dynamic performance and disturbance resistance are analyzed.Although fast MPC reduces the computational complexity of the al gorithm,it still has the problem of low steady-state accuracy.The improved MPC is studied by mathematical analysis.Firstly,the number of voltage vectors is expanded and optimized.The optimal voltage vectors are selected by the evaluation function.Then,two effective voltage vectors MPC control strategies are adopted to make the inverter output two voltage vectors in one control cycle.The design method is introduced.Based on the above theory,a simulation model is built to verify the correctness and feasibility of the improved model predictive control strategy by comparing with the traditional control scheme.Finally,the MPC control experiment is carried out for the servo drive platform of DSP TMS320F28377 S on the control chip,and the composition of the hardware platform and the flow chart of the software algorithm are described in detail.The experimental results show that the theory is correct and the steady-state performance of the improved PMSM is better.
