Substation Electric Energy Measurement Monitoring And Electric Quantity Return And Replenishment

The electrical energy measurement is an important part in the electric power marketing management.The normal operation and the accuracy of the electric energy measurement device have direct bearing on the interests of both buyers and sellers,which is of great significance.With the development of social economy,the demand for electric power is increasingly large and the advancement of electric power market reform,the accuracy of electric energy measurement is required to be further improved.The abnormal problem of electric energy measurement device is getting more and more attention,and the original electric energy measurement monitoring method can no longer meet the needs of the situation.The electric energy measurement of substation is related to the electric energy settlement,line loss analysis,power consumption and so on.The electric energy measurement of substation mainly undertakes the measurement of gateways,special line users and assessment points,which has the characteristics of large power supply and consumption.The traditional electric energy measurement monitoring method of substation has been far from meeting the needs.In recent years,metering automation system has been developed and applied vigorously,which provides possibility for on-line monitoring electric energy metering device.At present,the metering automation system is still in the construction stage,and it does not have the ability of automatic monitoring of substation electric energy measurement.The monitoring results completely depend on the individual monitoring and analysis ability and most of the monitoring personnel do not understand the actual situation of the measurement site,there are errors and omissions in the monitoring process,and it is difficult to provide strong support for the on-site treatment of measurement faults or errors.This article discusses the analysis method of substation electric energy measurement monitoring based on the metering automation system,the calculation method of electric quantity return and replenishment and the accuracy evaluation method of electric quantity return and replenishment.The metering automation system collects the data of electronic watt-hour meter at a certain time interval,and electric energy metering devices often causeabnormal data when metering failures or errors occur.Data analysis is the basis of energy metering monitoring for substation based on metering automation system.This paper summarizes the corresponding data characteristics according to the common types of faults or errors,and combines the data characteristics with the actual situation in the metering field,so as to timely find and deal with all kinds of metering faults or errors.After the metering fault or error occurs,the electricity quantity of error should be returned and compensated.The accuracy and rationality of the electricity quantity returned and compensated are directly related to the vital interests of both sides.This article discusses the relevant regulations of electric quantity return and replenishment,the rationality of electric quantity return and replenishment calculation method and the accuracy evaluation of electric quantity return and replenishment.
