Research On Power Transformer Defects And Treatment Methods

After the continuous development of the society has brought more convenience to people's life,electric energy has been applied to all aspects of people's life.With the continuous development of China's electric power system,the system of electric power system is more complex,higher degree of automation,and gradually brings higher quality electric service to users.However,in the process of power system operation,it is easy to be affected by many factors,which will lead to the failure of the whole power grid in a large area and cause huge losses to people.Therefore,users have higher and higher requirements on the reliability of power supply.The operation condition of transformers directly affects the safe operation of power grid system.This article is based on national standard,the related standards and procedures of the power industry,the related technical data of transformer manufacturers,for oil-immersed transformer defects(such as the abnormal leakage of oil,the oil temperature,oil level anomalies,partial discharge)and dry type transformer defects(such as abnormal noise,the thermostat failure,closing instantaneous excitation inrush current is larger)perform causal analysis,and the combination of the actual work experience,transformer maintenance related to books,is the defects of the two common transformer research processing methods,improve the processing equipment hidden perils and defects in the timeliness and pertinence,improve the quality of maintenance.According to different parts and different causes of the fault needs to be targeted for transformer fault treatment,treatment mode should remain flexible.In addition,the shortcomings and disposal forms of the two types of transformers are better summarized,and the working experience is accumulated through recording and research,so as to provide certain guidance and help for the workers engaged in transformer operation.
