With the development of fracture internal fixation technology,the use of bone plates in internal fixation surgery is more and more extensive.The bone plate is implanted in the body as a biomimetic design,and for a long time in the body to help the bone fracture reduction and healing.At present,most of the bone plates used in clinical practice are standard bone plates.However,due to the large individualized difference of patients,the standard bone plate is plasticized according to the bone condition during use,so that the bone plate can fit more closely with the bone surface.This is entirely dependent on the doctor's clinical experience.With the change of the current consumption concept,people are moving towards the era of personalized consumption.For patients,the personalized custom plate can avoid the risk of failure caused by secondary shaping,and can better match the bones.It can avoid the occurrence of screw holes on the fracture line.The digital custom bone plate currently in clinical use is designed and adjusted in 3D drawing software,but it takes a long time and requires high drawing ability.Therefore,in this paper,a system for quickly customizing the bone plate is studied.The bone model can be reconstructed and post-processed according to the patient's medical data.The customized surface plate matching surface software is used to obtain the matching surface point cloud data.The surface fitting and model reconstruction of the bone plate were performed,and then the structural mechanics analysis was performed to verify the biomechanical reliability of the bone plate.The details are as follows:(1)Based on the medical data of patients,the digital model of skeleton is constructed,and the fragmented model is reset and aligned to obtain the general'.stl'file of three-dimensional model.According to the storage characteristics of data in'.stl' file,the loading and processing of STL model by customized fitting surface software is realized.(2)Software for customizing the bonding surface of the plate: The degree of matching between the plate and the skeleton mainly depends on the degree of the bonding surface between the plate and the patient's skeleton.By inputting the digital three-dimensional model of skeleton into the software,the parametric curves are generated and the data of the curves are obtained by interacting with the control points ofthe curves in the virtual scene.Then the fitting surface contours are designed on the surface of the skeleton and the corresponding point clouds of interest are obtained.(3)Research on the method of bone plate reconstruction in the region of interest:secondary development based on UG,rapid fitting of the point cloud in the ROI region and obtaining the fitted surface model;expanding the obtained fitting surface into the shape of the bone plate,adjusting the embryonic plate Post-processing and rational design of the location of the screw holes(4)Based on the above research content,the Unity3 D engine is used as the research and development tool to design the software of the customized bone plate fitting surface;based on the UG,the development enables the rapid reconstruction of the bone plate fitting surface,and the subsequent completion of the bone plate model reconstruction,applying the finite element design The bone plate is subjected to stress analysis.
