| It is well known that the vehicle load on the bridge has a certain randomness and variability,especially under the great tide of China’s economic development,the traffic volume increases sharply,and the transportation quantity increases greatly.Traffic on the road is also a big change,such as model proportion,vehicle weight,traffic flow characteristics,and some bridges built earlier,the design of car load using the old specifications,so that some bridges may appear to design the vehicle load is less than the actual load during operation,This will have a certain danger to the normal operation of the bridge,so it is necessary to study the vehicle load condition during the operation of the bridge.In order to fully assess the state of the bridge structure during operation,traffic volume surveys are essential.This paper takes Xiangtan Liancheng Bridge as the engineering background,carries on the random vehicle Flow survey to the Liancheng Bridge and the drone aerial photograph of the multiple traffic peak times,and carries on the detailed investigation and the analysis to the Xiangjiang River four Bridge’s flow condition,the concrete work and the research are as follows:(1)Traffic flow surveyThe vehicle load survey of the bridge includes vehicle model,vehicle weight,vehicle speed,workshop distance and so on,in order to get these parameters,different investigation methods are used.(2)Analysis and fitting of vehicle flow dataAccording to the characteristics of the data distribution,the different distribution type functions are used to fit the parameters of the fitted function,and the K-s test method is adopted to test the distribution.(3)Derivation of load carrier frequency spectrum and development of fleet load modelAccording to the results of the traffic flow statistics of Liancheng Bridge,the proportion of each model is obtained,and the vehicle load carrier frequency spectrum based on the Liancheng Bridge is deduced according to the equivalent fatigue damage principle.After analyzing the statistic of the workshop distance,we get the shop distance in general running state,and then draw up the fleet load mode under General operation State of Liancheng Bridge.(4)Comparison of actual vehicle load and design load effectUsing Midas Civil software to model the Liancheng bridge,the load effect of the bridge under the design load-city A and the proposed vehicle load model is calculated by establishing the finite element model respectively to reflect the actual stress condition of the bridge under the normal operation state. |
