In recent years,China’s civil aviation industry is in a high-speed development stage, and the air transportation business volume has also increased significantly. However, due to the slow development of the airport, the speed of the airport has not been able to keep up with the growth of aviation business volume, which has caused the operating conditions of all major airports to be in poor condition. As an airport manager,an objective and scientific critical evaluation method is urgently needed.Through daily operational efficiency data and feedback on operational safety data,it is more intuitive to understand the airport operation status and make correct decisions in time.In this context, this paper first refers to the research literature on airport operation that has been completed by scholars at home and abroad, and sorts out the existing comprehensive evaluation methods.Based on the state of airport operations and airport operations systems for further analysis, start from the airside and landside part of the airport’s two analyzes were coherent factors affecting airport operation state. And according to the existing statistical data of the airport,a set of airport operation status index system based on operational efficiency data and operational safety data is constructed. Then introduce the concept of airport operation state comprehensive index.According to the characteristics of index data,a comprehensive index evaluation method based on the coefficient of variation method is proposed. The weight of the evaluation index is determined by evaluating the variation level between the index values, and the seasonal index method is applied.Predictively, the evaluation standard value is calculated, and the comprehensive evaluation index is determined by evaluating the relative difference between the indicators. Finally, the application example proves the feasibility and effectiveness of the evaluation method, and proposes an effective solution to the problems in the evaluation. At the same time,it also makes an effective and reasonable interpretation of the evaluation results. |
