The reform of meticulous management in airspace is one of the important tasks of the adjustment and reform of national air traffic control promoted by the State Air Traffic Control Commission.Fine evaluation of airspace operation status is the premise of analyzing structural contradictions in airspace and establishing meticulous management mechanism in airspace.Airspace traffic capacity is the quantification of service capacity within the airspace unit from a micro perspective.Compared with the study of airspace capacity for evaluating the overall service capability of an airspace unit,the airspace traffic capacity can represent the spatial and temporal distribution of service capability within an airspace unit.Firstly,starting form the actual data processing,the traffic flow identification algorithm of the predecessors is improved,and the data processing algorithm for processing regional track is developed,which is prepared for the subsequent calculation and analysis.Based on the flux in vector field,the concept of airspace traffic capacity is defined.and the calculation formulas are given and the corresponding calculation methods are designed concretely for airspace units such as routes,intersections,sectors and regions.Then,around the concept of traffic capacity specific to different airspace units,a set of indicators system is established to describe and evaluate the airspace operation status.In the aspect of route,vector operation is simplified to scalar operation by motion decomposition,and the formula of route traffic capacity is given,and the relationship and difference between route capacity and route capacity are clarified.Two indicators,space flow and instantaneous density,are proposed to evaluate the operational status of airways based on actual route data,and to analyze the micro-impact of control command instructions on the operational status of airspace.For the intersection point,the calculation formula of the capacity of the intersection point is given by setting the cross-section cylinder.Two indicators,traffic intensity and intersection throughput,are proposed.In the sector aspect,by dividing the sector structure into spatial units,the calculation formula of sector capacity is given,and the track regularity is proposed.Based on the actual sector data,the relationship between the internal structure of the airspace and traffic flow is analyzed from different perspectives using different indicators.In order to visualize this relationship,the interior traffic capacity sketch map and micro-airspace operation state sketch map are constructed.In the region aspect,by dividing the same spatial units into different levels,the formula for calculating regional capacity is given,and the spatial relationship between approach and departure flow is measured by the degree of separation.Based on the analysis of actual regional data,the change of traffic capacity within the region at any time and space is analyzed.Finally,an optimization model of route traffic capacity based on operational requirements is established.The process of route control command is modeled.and an algorithm of route control command is constructed based on the control plan.Samples are extracted from actual data for model simulation.The simulation results show that the traffic flow and control instructions are optimized,and the traffic capacity is improved.
