Since the 21 st century,with the sustained and stable growth of GDP per capita in China,the importance of electric power projects to economic growth is becoming more and more prominent.The relevant departments of the state attach great importance to the construction of electric power projects,and have issued a series of principles and policies.With the support of the government,the power grid company has actively explored the project construction,and has also achieved some fruitful results.However,according to the investigation of relevant departments,there are some problems in the project implementation process of power grid companies at all levels,such as inaccurate reporting of material demand,serious waste of some materials and so on.Therefore,how to accurately report the price of key materials by grid companies at all levels is an urgent problem for each provincial power company to solve.The power grid company generally buys the key equipment by the planning department according to the actual demand to give a declared price,and then the power grid company to finance according to the declared price,and finally to invite tenders.However,due to the long time from declaration,financing to bidding,the bidding time lags behind the declaration time for a long time,resulting in a large deviation between the declared price and the tender execution price.It produces unnecessary high interest rate on financing and increases the cost of purchasing equipment.The price of power grid materials determines the cost of power grid materials,so the cost management of power grid materials plays a very key role in enterprises.Precise control of power grid material price can optimize cost management,so as to improve the income of power grid.By establishing an appropriate prediction model for the key materials of the power grid by statistical method,and taking the predicted value of the key materials of the power grid as the declared price,the consistency between the declared price and the actual bidding price can be effectively guaranteed.Avoid the huge interest cost caused by excessive financing of equipment procurement,control the purchase cost of materials,and realize the data-based decision mode for the formulation of electricity price and maintenance cost budget,and improve the level of material price management in power grid.In order to make the declared price consistent with the actual bidding execution price,this paper establishes a prediction model for the execution price of key materials in power grid.The model takes the predicted purchase price as the declared price,which can accurately determine the financing scale,reduce the high interest rate,control the purchasing cost of materials,and improve the level of material price management in power grid.The decision mode of material purchase and reasonable determination of electricity price based on data is realized.
