| With the development of the world economy and society,the shortage crisis of conventional energy is becoming more and more serious.The extensive exploitation and utilization of fossil energy leads to the deterioration of human living environment.The development and utilization of renewable energy have become an important issue to be solved in the development of human society.Therefore,many countries have formulated the core energy policy of energy security supply.Some renewable energy sources such as solar energy,wind energy,ocean energy have been successfully collected and converted into electric energy,but these energy extraction devices are mainly based on the principle of electromagnetic or photovoltaic effect.All of the equipment’s raw materials,manufacturing process,operation and maintenance costs are high.At present,the power generation equipment based on electromagnetic conversion principle is not suitable for portable generators,so it is particularly important to break through the conventional theory and develop low-cost,long-life,portable power device.At present,a lot of work has been done on the selection of friction materials and the surface treatment of materials.The main purpose is to increase the surface charge density and charge transfer efficiency,thereby increasing the output performance of TENG.But almost all structures are in two-dimensional layers and the choice of materials is almost always poorly flexible and non-stretchable electrode materials.This paper innovatively proposes two structures of TENG,one is based on a folded double-helical triboelectric generator,which realizes the transition from two-dimensional structure to three-dimensional structure.A single-electrode triboelectric generator based on hyperelastic material is designed.The whole device is flexible and stretchable.The main contents of this paper are as follows.(1)We design a vertical contact sepration triboelectric generator(C-S TENG)based on PDMS.Based on the principle of friction generation and electrostatic induction,the working principle of C-S TENG is emphatically analyzed.Based on the basic physical principle,the V-Q-X relationship of C-S TENG is expounded.The simulation calculation of C-S TENG is carried out by COMSOL software,and the distribution and variation of electric potential and power density of C-S TENG are analyzed.Through the experiment of C-S TENG,the influence of load resistance,frequency and other factors on the output performance is analyzed.The results show that the peak value of open-circuit voltage and short-circuit current generated by TENGs(3×3cm)can reach 196 V and 9.4μA when the vibration frequency is 5 Hz,and the maximum output power of the TENG is 0.5 mW when the resistance is 33MΩ.(2)A TENG based on folded double helix structure is manufactured,and the linear relationship between output performance and area is proved.The TENG has a three-dimensional(3D)configuration,which extends from two-dimensional planar devices to three-dimensional devices.The influence of some key parameters on the output performance is studied,and the generation process is carefully studied by finite element simulation and numerical calculation.The experimental results show that the maximum output of TENG which is consisted of 9 basic units of 3×3cm size,driven by 5 Hz external force can reach 6.2μA,90 V and 0.12 mW.The optimal resistance matching is 13 MΩ.It can light dozens of blue LED lights in series and charge capacitors efficiently.(3)A superelastic single-electrode triboelectric generator(S-TENG)is presented,which is mainly composed of Ecoflex 00-30 silica gel and Ecoflex 00-30@CNT@C.Ecoflex 00-30 is used as the friction layer of the S-TENG and Ecoflex00-30@CNT@C composite is used as the stretchable electrode.Because its electrodes and friction layers can be stretched,the whole device has flexible and stretchable properties.Experiments show that the device can work under the condition of over300%tension.In the case of 3 HZ frequency,the optimal load of the single-electrode friction generator is 5 M,and its peak power density can reach 7.2 w/m~2.The S-TENG can light dozens of different types of LED lamps and supply power for small electronic components such as watches and calculators. |
