Board and reliable ignition performance is significance to an aeroengine.In order to solve the problem of long ignition and flame time of a reverse flow combustor,the swirler’s characteristic is analyzed.The results show that the ignition and flame is influence by the venturi with large diameter and short length which don’t produce the suitable atomize angle that ignition need.Optimize design was made to the swirler,numerical simulation was analyzed to the flow field and spay field,ignition and flame test was carried out on the rectangle three head and annual combustor rig.The simulation and test results indicate that the optimized swirler can make the fuel concentrated in the combustor’s head,but ignition performance of the combustor can’t meet the start demand of engine.Because the application of the optimized swirler had not obtained satisfactory effects,according to the analysis of test results,the number of the combustor’s head was decrease and the holing rule of the flame tube was optimized.The numerical simulation,intensity analysis,weight analysis,altitude ignition and performance test were carried on the optimized combustor.The results show that the flame tube which decrease head number can improve the combutor’s ignition performance and meet the demand of engine.The design technique of flame tube head is enriched by the research results,the method and law of design is formed.It’s favored to the harvest transformation and the establisher and consummation of design system. |
