In the high temperature environment of the internal combustion engine,the valve is subject to gas corrosion and harsh thermal fatigue stress,its manufacturing quality directly determines the working performance of the internal combustion engine is stable and reliable.Austenitic valve steel main heat treatment method is solid solution plus aging,solid solution furnace temperature is too low,carbide dissolved is not sufficient,the temperature was too high or too long,will cause the crystal grows too much,reduce the high temperature performance.As the high-temperature using box-type resistance furnace for a long time,the furnace temperature,insulation function is poor,resulting in a serious decline in the quality of valve qualified,forced by the situation,the need for timely improvement of new solid solution furnace equipment to enhance the quality of the valve heat treatment to improve the engine Job stability has a positive significance and application value.In this paper,the mechanical design of the solid solution furnace is optimized.The umbrella rotary table is used as the valve bracket.The Siemens S7-200 programming is used to control the mechanical loading and discharge.The temperature of the furnace is controlled by PID control technology.With the actual temperature within ± 2 ? error range.Field remote station using ET200 M distributed I / O module,with input and output functions,use the field bus technology and PLC controller for data communication.Man-machine exchange platform for the Smart 700 IE series Touch Screen completed the heat treatment equipment,intelligent temperature measurement,intelligent temperature control production applications.Secondly,the heat treatment process of 33Cr23Ni8Mn3 N type steel is optimized.Through twice experiment,the experiment is carried out by means of orthogonal experiment,and the E01 type internal combustion engine valve is obtained by setting the technological parameters such as solution temperature,holding time,aging temperature and aging tempering time.Finally,the functional recovery of the solid solution furnace was carried out.The tensile test was carried out after the heat treatment,and the test results of the plastic tensile strength were used to show the qualified rate of the experimental valve.By observing the microstructure Structural changes,indicating the microscopic changes in valve samples,in line with the valve grain size requirements.
