Low-voltage Switch Device is the switch for household and similar fixed-electrical installation,its reliability and various performance indicators directly affect the operation status of the circuit system.Therefore,the development trend of low voltage switch is enhancing electrical properties and increasing lifespan.But the bounce caused by the collision on the contact area can cause the arc ablation when closing the switch,thereby possibly increased contact resistance which can lead to temperature rise and cause potential safety hazard.So it is an important topic that how to analysis and researches the bounce issue.The research direction of this paper is about the dynamic behavior of the low-voltage switch,by adopting the method of dynamic system simulation to research the effect of various factors on the bounce,Specific to do the following analysis and researches:1.First of all,summarizes the history and development trend of the low voltage switch,then analyze the mechanical structure of the switch,research the collision of the contact in the switch.The collision in the making process of the switch is belong to the dynamic issue of mechanical system,and the bounce in the collision process can cause the arc ablation,which can directly affects the electrical life of the switch.2.On this basis,complete the dynamic simulation of the seesaw mechanism switch and the rocking arm mechanism switch by using the 3D modeling module and the dynamic simulation module of Creo,to create the virtual prototype model.Besides,by contrast analysis the dynamic behavior with high-speed photograph on process of switch closing process and the bounce time test circuit,the simulation method is feasible and correct.3.Bounce problem in the dynamic process of the switch is analyzed by the simulation model and the arc ablation area of the actual product after test.And get the best design parameter of the switch through the orthogonal experiment of the simulation model,to reduce or avoid the bounce between movable contact and pivot part.4.Finally,verified the simulation method is correct by observe the arc ablation area of the optimized product which have finished the break-make test and the normal operating life test.This method is very important for improve the electrical performance of low voltage switch,and helps to reduce the blindness in the product research and development phase,improve the efficiency of design work.
