In civil engineering,the most widely used material is the reinforced concrete structure.The security and stability of the structure is the basic guarantee for the safety of life and property of the people,so the research on monitoring of concrete structure has very important significance.In the structural health monitoring technology based on piezoelectric ceramic sensors,great progress has been made in recent years both at home and abroad.In order to get the real-time health condition of the structure and make an early warning to the potential danger,the monitoring technology based on PZT has been applied to the active monitoring of large structure in civil engineering by many scholars at home and abroad.In previous research,delamination damage monitoring system of PZT intelligent reinforced method successfully detected steel and concrete in concrete structure by using guided wave based on the quantitative relationship between intelligent steel debonding size and the output signal,in order to establish the debonding damage index;with the help of the finite element simulation and experiment of two kinds of means further study of the guided wave in the concrete structure of communication,discusses the mechanism of intelligent inspection system damage of reinforced concrete single and multiple fractures,provides a theoretical basis and research methods for this experiment,but also for the intelligent steel network system and practical application provides theoretic support.Based on the above research,this paper realizes the concrete realization of intelligent reinforced concrete component by experiment.Through reasonable arrangement of detection path,analyzing the relative space position of detection path and crack damage,this paper discusses the realization method of intelligent reinforced network system in concrete flaw detection field.The main contents of this paper include the following aspects:(1)the basic working principle of intelligent reinforcement network is introduced.Including: research and application in recent years the technology of structural health monitoring and detecting element;piezoelectric ceramic(PZT)working principle;application principle of guided wave method in intelligent network reinforcement system;through the experiment and research the problems in the process of discussion of PZT intelligent network and optimization scheme of existing reinforced.(2)the relationship between the output signals of intelligent steel bars and the relative spatial positions of cracks and probing paths is studied by experimental methods.By setting up reasonable intelligent network structure and the location of the crack detection of reinforced,for each channel type to distinguish and define the first wave amplitude and waveform of the output signal based on the detection path type definition into three categories.(3)based on the above experimental results,a damage identification method based on PZT smart rebar network reinforcement is proposed for crack damage of concrete structures.The results show that the existence,location and development of cracks in concrete structures can be monitored by reasonable arrangement of detection paths and analysis of output signals.The damage detection of concrete structures using intelligent reinforcement network is realized.
