In recent years,more and more rock-filled concrete arch dams have started being constructed,but there are few studies and research results on the temperature stress of rockfill concrete arch dams now.Therefore,its temperature stress problem needs to be studied and solved.In this paper,an on-site temperature test was carried out on a rockfill concrete arch dam under construction.The rockfill and self-compacting concrete were respectively monitored by temperature sensors to record the temperature changes of the rockfill and concrete.Then,using the homogenized material to represent the rockfill concrete,and inputting the thermodynamic parameters of the rock-filled concrete obtained in the existing literature input,I use the large-scale simulation analysis software SAPTIS to simulate the actual working conditions and compare the calculation results with the experimental results.It is verified whether the parameter selection and calculation methods are reasonable.This paper also analyzes the temperature stress of a proposed rockfill concrete high arch dam during construction,water storage and operation.Three different temperature control conditions are designed to simulate the arch dam under different working conditions.The effect of simple temperature control measures on the temperature stress of high rockfill concrete arch dam was studied.The results show that:(1)Development law of the rockfill temperature and the self-compacting concrete temperature are similar.The different positions of the warehouse surface are important factors affecting the temperature rise of the self-compacting concrete.The distance from the surface of the rock is the important factor affecting the internal temperature change of the rockfill.(2)Through the analysis of the temperature field and stress field of the construction,it is proved that the temperature control measures of the project without seam are reasonable.In addition,the advantages of low hydration heat and easy temperature control of the rockfill concrete are verified.(3)Temperature change of the typical point selected in the simulation calculation results is approximately consistent with the temperature change of the point in the actual test,which proves the rationality and correctness of the parameter selection and model selection and the simulation method.(4)Controlling the temperature of the concrete entering the warehouse,reducing the thickness of the pouring warehouse surface during the high temperature period,and avoiding the high temperature pouring is the main measure for the temperature control of the dam during the construction of the rockfill concrete gravity dam.During the construction of the rockfill concrete arch dam,these simple temperature control measures are equally effective.Through simple temperature control measures,the requirements for temperature control and crack prevention of rock-filled concrete arch dams can be met.
