High pressure mud system is one of the three most important systems of offshore oil drilling platform,whether it works in good condition or not has direct effect on the whole drilling work.So the test for high pressure mud system is one of the important test items which need to study the test plan and key technology of its device.The following work has been done:(1)The disadvantages of the test cost,operational ability and controlling ability of the test plan adopted in most shipyards have been analyzed and a new test plan was put forward.Structural diagram of intelligent control system software/hardware have been designed;(2)Contours of pressure,velocity and temperature of the high pressure throttle were achieved by using the CFD method,and compared with the test data.The effect of grids have been studied;(3)Contours of pressure,velocity,velocity magnitude and temperature of the pipe were achieved by using the CFD method,and compared with the test data;Study shows:(1)The test cost of new plan can be greatly reduced by circling the fresh water and the safety,controlling ability can be ensured by using the throttle,Wedge-shaped throttle is better for test for high pressure mud system;(2)The pressure and velocity of the throttle are permissible and low temperature effect will occurred during the test,and the numerical simulation data is close to the test data;(3)The pressure and velocity of the pipe are permissible,but the high temperature should be focused,and the numerical simulation data is close to the test data. |
