Monitoring Design Of Sewage Source Heat Pump System Based On PLC

Sewage source heat pump system is the use of a variety of sewage as a hot and cold source,energy conversion of the heating and air conditioning system,the traditional sewage source heat pump Unit needs manual control,manual meter reading record operation data,the system operation efficiency is low,there are security risks.Aiming at the process flow and function demand of sewage source heat pump system,this paper designs and develops a sewage source heat pump control system based on PLC.Using the technical scheme of "PLC+ configuration Software",through the information interaction between EPA Industrial Ethernet and host computer,the communication between PLC and heat pump unit and frequency water pump is realized by RS485 bus,and the remote monitoring function of the system is realized.The main research contents are as follows:Firstly,according to the process flow of sewage source heat pump system,combined with the demand of control function,the task of monitoring system is defined,and the control system technology scheme of "PLC+ configuration Software" is designed.Then,the hardware scheme of the sewage source heat pump control system is designed,the equipment selection of the sensor and control system is determined,the communication mode of the system is analyzed emphatically,the software program of PLC Controller is designed,and the functions of data acquisition,data transmission,video monitoring and alarm management of sewage source heat pump system are realized.Thirdly,the human-computer interaction software of the upper computer of the sewage source heat pump control system is designed,and according to the requirements of the design function,the main interface of the system monitoring,the configuration interface of the unit,the interface of the frequency conversion pump,the interface of the fault alarm,the video surveillance screen and the data storage interface are discussed,and Remote control start and stop,historical data query,alarm management and other functions.Finally,the function of the system is tested,and the functional modules of the system are verified by experiments,and the results show that the system can realize the expected functions and can run well.
