In recent years,with the acceleration of urbanization in China,water companies with urban water supply as their main business begin to pay attention to the improvement of water service level.With the implementation and application of the smart water ideas in these years,it has become a trend and tide to carry out water informatization construction through internet of thing,big data and other informatization means.By the background,small and medium sized cities such as Yangling district have begun to consider about their own management mode.But from the practical situation,there’re still some problems in the process of the operation.The built information system can not directly reflect the operation of the pipeline network,and its function focuses on a single automatic control and information service,lacking the business service that combines water supply network and actual business of water company..This paper adopts the idea of smart water,summarizes the experience of Yangling district water informatization construction,studies and puts forward a new water operational service mode based on the digital pipe-network,through the visual simulation technology,constructs the support environment of Yangling district’s digital pipe-network.By the way of providing information service according to the theme,analysis and decision service according to the process requirement to realize operational application.It provides a new mode for the modernization development of water affairs in small and medium-sized cities represented by Yangling district.The research results are as follows:We pointer out the problems of water management in Yangling district.Based on the results of field research and data collection,we found out and analyzed the factors of restricting the improvement of water service level through the perspectives of water supply monitoring,data management and operation service in Yangling district,and provided a basis for the pro posal of new mode of water operational service.We put forward and clarified the water operational service mode based on the digital pipe-network.For smart water,operational service is the core.On the basis of in-depth analysis of the limitations of the traditional water service mode and the new requirements of water service,guided by the wisdom of water service concept,a water service mode based on digital pipeline network is proposed.The top-level design of the service mode is carried out,and the technical method system for realizing the mode is constructed.We constructed a visual digital pipe-network.Facing the application requirements of smart water,a digital scheme of water supply pipe-network is constructed.Topology and elements are extracted from the physical water supply pipe-network of Yangling District,and a variety of digital technology methods are integrated to realize the digitalization of water supply pipe-network of Yangling District.Based on the platform,knowledge graph and WebGIS technologies are adopted to realize the visualization of water supply network and build the digital water supply pipe-network of Yangling District.We realized the water operational service based on digital pipe-network.According to the design concept of the new mode,a method to realize water operational service is established,and the main business of water company in Yangling District is divided into themes and designed on process.Based on the digital pipe-network platform,through the mapping and coupling of digital pipeline network and business process,the thematic business services of water supply dispatching decision-making,pipeline network patrol maintenance and leakage management are constructed,and the mode of water operational service based on digital pipe-network is realized and verified.
