High-strength steel has higher tensile strength and yield strength,saving steel and other advantages,but high-strength steel has poor ductility,so the use of high-strength steel in practical engineering has certain limitations.However,the semi-rigid connection node has the advantages of simplicity,high efficiency,quick construction,good ductility and so on.Combining the advantages of both,this paper proposes the study of high-strength steel for the connection of the top and bottom angle joints with stiffeners.The main research contents and achievements are as follows:(1)According to the structural characteristics and mechanical properties of the joints with stiffeners at the top and bottom angles,the fi nite element calculation models are established.The failure process and failure characteristics of the joints are discussed by monotone and simulation.The bending moment curve of the model is o'btained.On this basis,the results are compared with the experimental results to verify the validity of the model.(2)Based on the established finite element model,using the advantages of high-strength steel and semi-rigid joints,two kinds of schemes for the specimens with stiffened rib top and bottom angle joints are analyzed,and the hysteresis curve and skeleton curve will be obtained.The seismic performance indexes such as stiffness degradation are discussed in depth,and the influence of the use of high-strength steel on the seismic performance of the joints is analyzed.The results show that the test pieces are all in high-strength steel form with good bearing capacity and ductility performance.(3)Through the damage characteristics and seismic performance indexes of the nodes,the main factors affecting the node failure are the angle steel and stiffener form.According to the steel structure design specification,the parameters of the nodes are analyzed,and the nodes obtained by the finite element are calculated.The seismic performance indexes such as stress cloud diagram,stiffness degradation and ductility were compared and analyzed.The influence of angle stiffeners on the seismic behavior of stiffened ribbed top steel joints under high-strength steel was studied.The results show that the thickness of the stiffener has little effect on the seismic performance of the joint.As the thickness of the angle increases,the bearing capacity of the joint increases,but the thickness should not be too large,otherwise the flange of the beam at the joint will yield firstThrough experimental analysis and finite element results,it is known that the seismic behavior and joint capacity of the high-strength steel strip stiffener rib top and bottom angle beam-column joints are good.The research results can provide technical reference and theoretical basis for practical engineering.
