| As a special circular gear,elliptical gear has the advantages of compact structure and accurate variable ratio transmission.It is widely used in hydraulic motors and flow meters,mainly used to transfer displacement,speed and power.Gear linkage mechanism can achieve periodic motion.Scholars at home and abroad have done a lot of research on its design,manufacture and application,but the linkage mechanism is not stable,and the installation accuracy is high,so it is difficult to adapt to the more complex working environment.The combination of elliptic gear and linkage mechanism can overcome the phenomenon of instability.Therefore,it is of great significance to propose an elliptic gear linkage mechanism which can realize periodic motion.Based on the analysis of the structural characteristics of non-circular gears,a gear linkage mechanism with periodic motion of elliptical gears is proposed,and its structure and motion characteristics are studied and analyzed.The mechanism can ensure the high accuracy of the displacement spacing and positioning accuracy of the workpiece.It can adjust the pause duration required to meet the set positioning accuracy without destroying the kinematics characteristics and maintaining the minimum pressure angle.Firstly,the kinematic characteristics of cylindrical gear connecting rod device are studied,the mathematical model of gear connecting rod quota is deduced,and the conditions for realizing the optimal kinematic characteristics are analyzed,and the restrictive conditions are obtained.Through the analysis of geometric parameters which have great influence on kinematics characteristics,the specific range of values can be determined.All geometric parameters will have an impact on the position of the workpiece and the size of the standstill angle.Secondly,the non-circular gear connecting rod device is studied,three kinds of elliptical gear models are established under different parameters,the meshing characteristics of elliptical gear are studied,the meshing model is derived,and the meshing characteristics of elliptical gear connecting rod mechanism under various parameters are studied.The kinematics characteristics of elliptic gear connecting rod device are analyzed by parameterized program,and the adjustment method of pause angle and the elliptic gear device which realizes this method are classified.Finally,the experimental analysis of the elliptical gear connecting rod device is carried out.The kinematic model of the gear connecting rod mechanism is established in Macromedia Flash environment,and the periodic motion device of the elliptical gear connecting rod is further studied.Through the analysis of its dynamic characteristics,the specific range of parameters under the condition of guaranteeing the maximum pressure angle is obtained.The non-circular gear connecting rod device can be applied to the adjustable transmission of the automatic double-position rotary feeder.Through the research of this subject,the results show that the elliptical gear linkage mechanism can realize the feasibility of periodic motion,which can provide a reference for the follow-up application of elliptical gear. |
