Roller crusher is the one of the main equipment for material crushing,which is usually needed to adjust the gap between rolls during working to meet the diversity requirements of crushing product granularity.However,presently primary control system is mostly used to regulate clearance adjustment pad,which has low efficiency and the gap adjustment is inconvenient.Moreover,as the changing of gap caused by roll wear,it is impossible to know the precise value of the gap adjustment,which causes the varied of crushing particle size and affects the crushing quality.In order to adjust roll gap conveniently,this paper designs an electro-hydraulic control system for roll gap of roll crusher,establishes a mathematical model of the position control system of hydraulic cylinder.In addition,the simulation of the controller is carried out in term of the designing of controller for the position control system of hydraulic cylinder.Moreover,the synchronous control system simulation is achieved in light of the designing of synchronous control structure for the double cylinder synchronous control system.Finally,an experimental platform of electro-hydraulic control system for roll gap is built and the response performance of the system is tested.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)According to the functional requirements of electro-hydraulic control system for rolls gap,the roll gap electro-hydraulic control system is designed,working flow of the electro-hydraulic control system is analyzed,and the main components of the system are designed or selected.(2)Aiming at the electro-hydraulic control system of roll gap,The mathematical model of determining the position control system of asymmetrical hydraulic cylinder is established based on the idea of weighted average symmetrical valve.Moreover,the Simulink simulation model is built based on the mathematical model of the system and the stability analysis of the system is carried out.(3)A self-correcting fuzzy PID controller with decision factor is designed for the position control system of hydraulic cylinder.The simulation results show that the controller improves the control performance of the position control system of hydraulic cylinder.In addition,for the synchronous control system of double cylinder,a synchronous error compensation control structure based on adaptive reference model is adopted.The simulation results show that the synchronous control structure improves the control performance of the double cylinder system.(4)The experimental platform of electro-hydraulic control system for roll gap is built,and the position control performance of hydraulic cylinder and the synchronous control performance of double cylinders are tested.The simulation and experimental data are compared and analyzed.The simulation results are consistent with the experimental results,which verifies the correctness of the mathematical model of the system and the validity of the control strategy.
