The Application Of Text Similarity In The Comprehensive Evaluation Of Special Projects

In recent years,the state electric network companies have continuously deepened the management of comprehensive plans.On the basis of the original,a total of power grid infrastructure,production technology reform,production overhaul,small-scale infrastructure construction,sporadic ac.quisition,non-production technology reform,non-production overhaul,marketing investment information investment,research and development,management consulting,education and training,industrial infrastrcture,industrial techonlogy reform,Industrial overhaul,equity investment 16 special projeets,This not only strengthens the project management,but also puts forward higher requirements for the evaluation support function of the Institute.This requires that the reviewers of the Institute fully demonstrate the necessity of the project from a professional and technical and economic point of view.The evaluators need to optimize the implementation plan and the selection type,and clearly estimate the project input in strict accordance with the relevant national and company standards.Because the number of people engaged in the evaluation work of the Tibet Institute of Economics and Research is small,each evaluator needs to read a large number of special projects that can be submitted to the review report,and then judge whether the content of the report is complete,whether the construction is necessary,whether the plan is feasible,and whether the estimate is accurate.In response to the above questions,this project will carry out pre-examination of special projects through the application of text similarity in the evaluation work of research,and provide a supplementary role for the evaluation work of the assessors.In order to judge whether the project can apply the project report template and the content of the report is complete.This paper analyzes the current research status of text similarity algorithm at home and abroad,expounds its advantages,and points out its limitations,so as to launch the paper based on the hidden Dirichlct distriboution,LDA)The related work of the similarity measurement algorithm.This paper uses Aliyun's PAI platform to calculate thetext similarity and designs the text similarity calculation module by disusing word filtering,word segmentation and word frequency statistics,text topic mining,result analysis and evaluation.
