As the most convenient and reliable mean of communication for shipborne communication,satellite communication has a broad application prospect.However,the shipborne antenna servo system is the key to the stability of the channel in shipborne satellite communications.Therefore,it has got great significance to do the research on the stability and intelligent technology of shipborne antenna servo.In order to meet the communication needs of large ships on the long-distance route,this paper demonstrates the design idea and implementation process of a c-band large-scale shipborne satellite antenna servo system.It guarantees that the servo can quickly and accurately track the satellite and then establish the basis of the communication link.In addition,there is an in-depth research on improving antenna tracking accuracy,servo stability and intelligent control technology.Firstly,the paper puts forward the overall design scheme of the servo stability and intelligent control system of the shipborne antenna.The basic principle and working mode of the whole system are briefly summarized.It has been determined that the diameter of the antenna is 7.3 meters,the antenna is ring focused and the working frequency band is C-band,the tracking method uses single pulse tracking.The system is divided into two parts,one is the antenna servo stabilization system,and the others is intelligent control system.In the next part,this paper makes a detailed calculation and analysis of the two key technologies,the double motor backlash and pointing tracking which are introduced in the system.In this paper,the design of antenna servo stabilization system includes four aspects: the antenna servo tracking system design,the servo loop design,the computer control unit design and the digital PID technology application.In the antenna servo tracking system,the antenna subsystem,antenna structure,servo stability tracking,etc.are mainly introduced.The working principle and structure of key parts such as antenna feed,polarization rotating mechanism,antenna mount and tracking receiver are described specifically.The part of the servo loop mainly ensures the accuracy and stability of the system through the design of the gyro loop,the self-tracking loop,the position-searching loop and the composite control loop.The article also describes the design ideas and main functions of the antenna control unit.The frequently applied PID technology in the system is also demonstrated briefly.The paper also gives the overall design of the intelligent control system.The sensing component is installed at the key part of the antenna,and then the monitoring software compares the signal fed back by the sensor to realize real-time monitoring,early warning and diagnosis of the antenna.The paper also introduces the main functions as well as hardware and software configuration of the intelligent control system,including the flow chart of the working principles of the system and the selections of the main components.Finally,the actual cases summarized by many years of engineering experience are summarized and analyzed.At the end of the paper,a theoretical expectation is made on the electrical performance,tracking performance and tracking receiver performance of the designed system.The actual performance of the system that has exceeded the theoretical expectation is verified by the various indicators obtained by the tests.
