GN QX Construction Project Life Cycle Cost Analysis

With the objective requirements of the transformation of construction enterprises in China,focusing on the life-cycle cost control of enterprises and the transformation from a technical model to a comprehensive and profitable industrial model are the key points for enterprises to gain market competitive advantages.At present,China's construction and construction enterprises are still in the stage of basic accounting.Many companies still adopt traditional and single cost control methods,lacking an overall perspective and systematic thinking.Therefore,to fundamentally promote the improvement of enterprise benefit,it is necessary to further explore the systematic and scientific cost control methods based on the business characteristics of the industry.Based on the objective demand of enterprise cost control,this paper analyzes the project cycle and corresponding cost composition of the construction enterprise first based on the life-cycle cost,and puts forward the common scientific method to evaluate the economic benefit of cost control.Based on the specific situation of GN company's QX project,this paper analyzes the cost influencing factors of various engineering links during the entire construction period,and estimates the total life cycle cost of QX construction project according to the design scheme.Finally,according to the internal operation and external market characteristics of GN company,various measures to guarantee the effective implementation of design scheme are put forward based on the concept of life cycle cost control.Through the research and analysis of this paper,it can be found that the cost of an enterprise is a systematic and continuous process,and a construction project has a life cycle from conceptual design,actual construction and process control to the final project ending evaluation and feedback.Therefore,the idea of saving resources and increasing benefits through all links and posts of project construction through the method of life-cycle cost control is an effective way to improve the economic benefits of enterprises.When evaluating the overall benefits of the construction project,we should pay attention to the economic level while taking into account the social and ecological benefits comprehensively,improve the comprehensive project evaluation system,constantly improve the industrial output benefits,and complete the transformation of industrial enterprises.
