With the development of satellite field today,more and more stringent requirements have been put forward for the miniaturization and high frequency indicators of its components.The miniaturization of the components of the spacecraft is the focus of the research of aerospace specialty.The miniaturization of the substrate is the key to the miniaturization of the overall product.The generation of LTCC(Low Temperature Co-fired Ceramic,The following abbreviation is LTCC)technology can achieve multi-layer layout wiring of the substrate and three-dimensional integration of the embedded devices,greatly improve the integration of the product and reduce the physical size of the product.At present,various large-scale LTCC aerospace products are in the development and brewing stage.At present,some LTCC products have been used in aerospace equipment.In the next 5-10 years,LTCC technology will be widely used in the aerospace field in China.The miniaturization filter product is needed in a certain type of starload component,so the key to this problem is discussed.This paper mainly studies the whole process of realizing miniaturization filter based on LTCC technology.Firstly,from the basic theory of the filter,the LTCC filters of the two structural forms(LC filters,SIW filters)are analyzed,and the filter structure that is more suitable for on-board characteristics is proposed.The HFSS software of three-dimensional electromagnetic simulation software is used for design simulation.It provides technical support for the design of subsequent filters.The application of Empire software design rules and layout 3D observation and production layout work provide technical guidance for the production of miniaturized LTCC filters.Secondly,the designed filters will be processed,the LTCC shrinkage rate,inter-layer alignment accuracy and other process indicators will be assessed,the impact of the processing process on the final product will be examined,and the key control points in the manufacturing process will be comprehensively analyzed and controlled.The key parameters of each process are measured as far as possible,and the influencing factors of the final product are analyzed in depth to provide guidance for the production of high quality and high reliability of sensitive devices such as filters.Finally,automatic optical detection and flying needle detection are used to detect the surface of the substrate and the internal circuit.LTCC products must be verified by reliability tests before they can be used in starborne components.The potential of LTCC technology in the application of miniaturized,high-frequency aerospace products is very large,and we need to further study and explore.
