With the development of society,the types of cars become various,which will lead to a variety of types of bumpers.It is a very important link to punch the automobile bumper in the automobile manufacturing process.This process has gone through several exploratory stages,such as manual operation,punch stamping equipment and so on.In these traditional drilling processes,the automation and flexibility of the equipment can not be fully guaranteed,the efficiency and accuracy of punching is not high,and it is difficult to complete the drilling of countless automobile bumpers.Also can not meet the current rapid development of the car market for bumper demand.In this case,In this paper,the drilling equipment of automobile bumper is improved and improved,and the machine vision technology,ultrasonic technology and robot technology are combined.The ultrasonic automatic drilling machine system based on machine vision is formed by reasonable design.Because of the introduction of visual system,it can shorten the time consumption and intelligence in the process of production and processing,compare with mechanical positioning,visual positioning has better flexibility,positioning quality is also better,which greatly improves the production efficiency of the equipment.Ultrasonic punching technology not only solves the problems of traditional punch equipment drilling,bumper surface burr and low precision,but also punching.There is no protruding edge around the hole and the quality is excellent,which makes the subsequent processing technology simple and so on,which greatly improves the quality of the product and the beauty of the pass.Combined with the robot,the automatic intelligent process is completed,which makes this research have important engineering application value.This paper mainly discusses the relevant work in the following aspects:(1)The present situation and background of punch equipment,the development status of machine vision technology and its application in various fields are studied and analyzed.(2)the whole construction of the machine vision positioning system is completed,and the position of the target image in the physical coordinate system is determined by camera calibration,image preprocessing and outline extraction and recognition technology.Then the automatic acquisition and positioning of image position information in the process of ultrasonic drilling can be completed.(3)the denoising algorithm is analyzed,and an improved median filtering algorithm is proposed to Denoise the image and improve the image quality.(4)according to the characteristics of visual positioning system,a fast pyramid matching location algorithm based on Hausdorff distance is proposed,which has the advantages of fast positioning speed,strong anti-noise ability and high positioning accuracy.(5)the hardware structure and software of the whole drilling machine equipment system are designed,as well as the main mechanical structure.Through the research on the application of automobile bumper drilling equipment,this paper provides a new,practical and effective method for automatic drilling of automobile bumper.
