With the development of China's economy and the accelerating process of urbanization in China,the existing transportation infrastructure is difficult to meet the needs of people's daily travel.The development of subway construction is not only convenient for people to travel,but also meets the requirements of green,low carbon and sustainable.In recent years,shield construction method has been widely used in subway interval construction.The essence of shield is the interaction with soil,so this paper selects the important factor of geological condition to analyze the correlation between the main material consumption of mud-water shield and geological conditions.Through extensive literature reading,it is found that the material consumption of mud-water shield is related to geological conditions,but there is a lack of systematic analysis and verification,so this paper makes an in-depth study on the important influencing factors of geological conditions.On the one hand,from the point of view of consumption mechanism,the correlation between oil,grouting,tool consumption and geological conditions in shield construction is analyzed and demonstrated.On the other hand,taking the cross-river section of Wuhan Metro Line 8 as an example,the least square theory is selected to quantitatively analyze the correlation between shield material consumption and geological conditions.By dividing the actual rock mass into strata and applying the cross-section method,the earthwork volume of each sub-interval is obtained.Taking the volume of earthwork and the consumption of shield tail oil and main bearing oil as variables,the least square regression analysis was carried out,and the relationship between tool consumption and formation was analyzed.Based on the analysis of the correlation between material consumption and geological conditions,Hall three-dimensional structure model is proposed to control material consumption systematically and dynamically.Based on theoretical research and case analysis,it is concluded that there is a strong correlation between mud water shield material consumption and geological conditions.Among them,the more complex the geological conditions are,the larger the volume of hard rock is.Then the greater the consumption of shield tail oil and main bearing oil,the greater the amount of grouting,and the prediction model of synchronous grouting amount,shield tail oil consumption and main drive oil consumption of shield construction is also put forward.To provide experience and reference for future research.At the same time,the relationship between tool consumption and geological conditions is analyzed,and the changes of different types of tools in different strata are obtained,which can be used as a reference for tool management in the future.
