The Research Of Firewood Display Ceramics In Interior Space Design

The firewood-fired ceramics furnishings is a kind of ceramics display which is fired by a series of professional firing processes in the firewood-fired kiln using firewood as fuel.Because the firewood-fired ceramic furnishings have completely different glaze effect from other kiln-fired ceramic furnishings,they are loved by ceramic enthusiasts and consumer groups.At present,they are widely used in indoor and outdoor space furnishings.Firewood firing is an ancient and traditional ceramic firing process.Before the high-efficiency electric kiln and gas kiln were not popularized,firewood firing was the main firing method.It has been accompanied by the development of the whole ceramic history for more than ten thousand years.With the rise of modern ceramics in China,the ancient and traditional wood-burning technology has returned to the public's vision,which is called modern wood-burning.Today's firewood-fired ceramics have gone far beyond ancient times for the purpose of practicality,and have now developed into a modern art category that integrates artistry,appreciation,decoration and practicality.It can not only bring extraordinary visual art enjoyment,but also create a natural and simple artistic atmosphere for indoor space,which provides firewood-fired ceramics as furnishings into indoor space.The development of firewood ceramics in interior space not only promotes the development of interior design,but also provides a good living protection for the traditional firing technology of firewood.The core problem solved in this paper is how to design modern wood-fired ceramic crafts and how to apply them in modern indoor space.This paper studies the core issues of this paper through several research methods,such as literature reading,interdisciplinary,practical investigation and case analysis.The main contents of this paper are as follows: Firstly,combing the historical origin and artistic characteristics of firewood ceramics,analyzing the trend of modern interior space display;secondly,analyzing the current situation and future development direction of firewood ceramics display;thirdly,putting forward the design requirements and principles of firewood ceramics display from the perspective of modern ceramics design and design aesthetics;Later,the rules of interior furnishing design are used to guide the application of firewood ceramic furnishings in interior space and to apply them to design practice.
