| With the rapid development of society and the accelerated pace of life,a series of symptoms caused by fatigue seriously affect people’s health,which has become a prominent problem that the current society needs to solve.As a soothing and relaxing exercise,stretching tendons is a good choice by speeding up the muscle fibers to speed up the removal of fatigue molecules that remain in the body.However,the survey found that the existing household lacing machine generally have the same problem of uniformity and single function,and the actual needs of the target users are not considered enough.Therefore,how to improve the user fatigue problem and the design quality of the household lacing machine is the focus and purpose of this research.This research uses FAST method as technical support,deeply explores the pain points of target users,analyzes the key ways to realize the function of household lacing machine,and finally designs a multi-functional household lacing machine that can actively guide and improve user fatigue problems.Firstly,this research uses questionnaires to quantitatively analyze the target user population of the household lacing machine and the distribution of its fatigue parts,combined with the distribution of the shallow muscle groups of the human body,deeply explore the muscle fatigue points of the target users who need to pull the ribs,and comprehensively determine the function of the household lacing machine.Secondly,the FAST method,function-behavior-structure method and function-behavior-state method are introduced for comparative analysis,and the feasibility and necessity of FAST method in the design of household lacing machine are put forward.Then,guided by the FAST method,combined with the existing lacing method,the FAST diagram of the function realization of the household lacing machine is constructed.On this basis,the proportional scale method is applied to screen out the functional mode with high priority,and the design point of the household lacing machine is output.Finally,sketching schemes are drawn,and three schemes are selected to be modeled and rendered.The final scheme of the household lacing machine is comprehensively determined by means of expert and user scoring.In this study,the FAST method is introduced into the design of the household lacing machine function.By constructing the FAST diagram of the household lacing machine function to form a new design point.Finally,the multi-functional design of the household lacing machine is realized,which provides a better solution for the target user to relieve fatigue. |
