Study On The Planning Method Of The Night Construction Of Rail Transit

Urban rail transit has become an important component of transportation infrastructure because of its high volume,fast speed,punctual nature,environmental protection and comprehensive benefit.The night construction work is an important link to ensure the normal operation of rail transit.Along with the increasing length of the lines and the operating and network scale expanding,a large number of equipment failure of aging and update demand led to the whole network facilities maintenance construction demand sharp growth,the demand of construction resources increase.Now,in order to improve the quality of service,Shanghai metro first delay operation to the large extent,part of the line on Friday and Saturday dealy operation to zero,which leads to a decrease in resources construction,construction of the contradiction between supply and demand of resources are increasing day by day.Based on this,this paper aims at the maximum time of operation,studies the planning method of a construction according to the rules and regulations of Shanghai rail transit construction plan.The correctness of the algorithm is verified by the example of line 8.First of all,this paper introduces the relevant regulations of current rail transit construction management,which mainly provides the constraint conditions for the construction of people,vehicles and electric resources,establishes the optimization objectives and constraints.Then,according to the description of the optimization problem,the concept of construction resource graph and construction resource matrix is put forward,the constraint conditions and objective function are mathematized.Then,the construction problem is changed into box packing model,we use the genetic algorithm and greedy algorithm to solve the optimization model and validate it,some genetic has been improved according to the requirements of practical problems.Finally,based on the simulation background of Shanghai rail transit line 8,the model and algorithm are simulated and verified by matlab software.The results show that the proposed algorithm has some validity and feasibility on the optimization of the operation diagram.The results show that the proposed algorithm is effective and feasible in the construction of construction.
