Heavy vehicle has characteristics of high center of gravity,large weight and volume,so it's prone to rollover accidents.In view of this problem,the researchers proposed a series of rollover warning algorithms,in which the calculation of time to rollover(TTR)by roll angle or lateral acceleration generally lags behind the actual movement of the vehicle.Based on this,a rollover early warning algorithm for calculating TTR using steering wheel angle is proposed in this paper.The lateral acceleration threshold is optimized by depth learning algorithm to improve the accuracy of the warning algorithm.Simulation results show the effectiveness of the algorithm.Heavy vehicle rollover warning system is coded.Firstly,the dynamic model of heavy vehicles is established and the main parameters that influence the rollover stability are analyzed.The instantaneous vehicle speed and steering wheel angle are taken as input to derive the steering wheel angle as a function of roll factors such as lateral acceleration and yaw rate,which lays a theoretical foundation for designing TTR rollover warning algorithm based on steering wheel angle.Secondly,the depth learning algorithm is used to optimize the lateral acceleration threshold to improve its calculation precision.Based on the above function,the rollover early warning algorithm is designed and TTR is calculated.The results obtained by this algorithm are accurate and the early warning time is advanced by comparing with the calculation results of rollover early warning algorithm used in commercial software Truck Sim under different extreme conditions.Finally,by using the object-oriented programming language Java,a rollover early warning system for heavy vehicles based on the proposed algorithm is developed.The tire lateral stiffness and vehicle mass are taken as the custom modeling parameters.The user interface displays the TTR of the current vehicle in real time.When the TTR reaches different pre-warning thresholds,it will alarm in different ways.Under extreme working conditions,the simulation results show that the rollover early warning system has simple input,simple interface and credible results.The rollover early warning algorithm proposed in this paper can effectively improve the lag problem of traditional TTR algorithm,advance rollover early warning time and improve rollover resistance of overloaded vehicles.The rollover early warning system has a simple interface,high efficiency and credible results.The research results of this paper have certain engineering application prospects.
