With the development of science and technology,computer control systems have been widely used in gates and even water conservancy industries due to their accuracy and efficiency.The "13th Five-Year Plan" puts forward higher requirements for water conservancy informatization,from "Digital Water Conservancy".To the "Smart Water Conservancy" transformation,the gate as an important part of the construction of water conservancy projects,the realization of intelligent control of the gate is the basis and trend of the development of water conservancy.The intelligent research of the gate control system can not only improve the flexibility,reliability and efficiency of the gate control,but also enhance the simplicity of the gate operation and system functionality,and promote the development of "Smart Water Conservancy " and realize the unattended operation of the gate.Provide theoretical basis and technical support.The paper takes the hinge activity dam of the Cishan River Wetland Park in Huludao as the research object,and analyzes the composition and function of the active dam control system.Research and design of hardware and software of system control unit,including selection of equipment related to local control unit,schematic diagram of electrical control and design and research of core controller(PLC);Selection of equipment related to monitoring center station and Hai well Happy programming software design research.The construction of the gate control system communication network includes the construction of a communication network between the local control units and between the local control unit and the monitoring center station.The operation status of the gate is displayed by means of an intuitive image,table,text,etc and remote control is realized by setting relevant parameters,and the water level,gate opening degree,abnormal condition,etc.are monitored at any time,and corresponding data files are generated.The research and analysis of the operation practice of the hinge activity dam of the Cishan River Wetland Park in Huludao shows that the control system in the paper is flexible,reliable,stable and safe,and has complete functions.Finally,the paper introduces the fuzzy control method in the hinge water level control system,and combines PLC with fuzzy control to improve the intelligence level and automation level of the control system,which is important for realizing the intelligentizationof the hinged dam control system.Guiding significance.At the same time,I hope to provide reference and reference value for the future development of "smart water conservancy".
